Nutribridge llc reserves the time needed for your important appointment!

Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required at time of booking. A missed, no-call, no show at your single appointment is nonrefundable. If you must cancel a single appointment before 48 hours of your appointment start time, you will be reimbursed 80% of your appointment cost. Single appointments cancelled 48 hours or less of your appointment start time, will be reimbursed at 50% of the appointment cost. Appointments booked with in-network insurance will need to be verbally confirmed 24 hours in advance or your appointment time may be forfeited and you will be billed a $35 cancellation fee.

Packages are non refundable. A missed, no-call, no show, booked appointment time in a package will be forfeited. Up to ONE appointment within a package may be rescheduled before 48 hours of appointment time at no cost; other appointments cancelled within a package at any time will be forfeited.  

In the rare case Nutribridge llc cancels a single appointment at any time, you will be reimbursed 100% of the appointment cost. Nutribridge llc will request to rebook your appointment at the original paid in full cost, in lieu of reimbursement. In the rare case Nutribridge llc needs to cancel an appointment in a package, that appointment will be rescheduled, not refunded.  

To ensure a timely appointment for you and other patients throughout the day, patients and clients more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no call, no show and will not be refunded. Please call as soon as you know you cannot attend the appointment on time. Thank you.
